Q.1238 - I was doing the nasal rinse where you tip your head back, while doing it I experienced pain under my right ear.It has been a few hours and my ear is alittle achey. If water did get into my eustachian tube should I go to the doctor? Or will this drain out on its own?

It will drain out. If symptoms continue, please call us or speak to your doctor. We do not say to tip the head back and we say to lean forward.
