I used the Sinus Rinse a couple of days, 2x day, started to improve. The last night that I used it, on my left side as I was gently squeezing, fluid was forced out of my left eye. Is this normal? Should I stop using it? Author: Bonnie Please make sure not to blow your nose hard after rinsing. Your tear duct is connected to the nose through the nasolacrimal duct.
