Under general supervision, this position assists the President and CEO and supports the needs of the executive team. The essential job functions are to perform a variety of very important administrative tasks under direct supervision of President and CEO of the company.
Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and transcribes minutes of meetings
Plans meetings, conferences and travel for the executives
Composes and types routine correspondence
Organizes and maintains electronic and paper file systems, contact information and files correspondence and other records
Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files
Perform off-site and personal errands as needed
Support and assist management team as needed.
Other duties as assigned, including personal assistant to management
